Hotel Property Manager Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Property Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel properties, ensuring they remain within budget and meeting business objectives.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Monitoring and managing business operations to achieve optimal performance.
* Rostering staff in accordance with operational standards and labor costs.
* Ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance across all properties.
* Implementing food safety protocols to maintain high-quality standards.
* Securing properties and facilities, monitoring security systems, and addressing any concerns.
* Managing leasing and property arrangements to secure tenure and comply with regulatory requirements.
* Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and meet/exceed targets.
* Overseeing financial management, including budget monitoring, financial record-keeping, and cash flow management.
Requirements
