About the Job
We are seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Analyst to place onsite with a key client.
You will have commercial experience working in a service desk supporting Microsoft products and assisting clients over the phone and onsite.
Excellent communication skills are essential.
The successful candidate must be available to work primarily at our client location in Norwest, NSW with requirement to travel to other sites as needed.
You will be required to have both remote and desk side support experience.
End-user support is a crucial component to support our clients in this new working environment, and you'll be expected to have general troubleshooting knowledge.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years' experience working for an MSP Service Desk or Client Side
Minimum 2 years' Service Desk support
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Used PSA ticketing solutions
Deployment and troubleshooting of Microsoft solutions (Office, Windows etc.)
Experience with M365
Must hold Australian PR or Citizenship only
