Some key responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
* Deliver and assess vocational education programs using a range of teaching methods
* Design and adapt innovative learning practices to meet diverse student needs
* Create inclusive learning environments that support students from all backgrounds and abilities
* Engage in operational duties such as course advice, enrolments, promotional activities and graduation
* Contribute to The Gordon's Centre of Excellence by supporting initiatives in Disability and Inclusion learning

About You:
You're a passionate educator with a knack for connecting with students and making complex concepts accessible. You bring real-world experience and a commitment to delivering engaging, practical learning.
Additionally, you will have:
* Diploma of Accounting (at minimum)
* Certificate IV Training and Assessment (candidates near on completion will be considered)
Highly desirable:
* Knowledge across taxation, BAS, GST, payroll, financial management and reporting
* Experience as a bookkeeper or accounting professional
* Proficiency in Xero or other accounting software
* Strong skills in Microsoft Office

Salary Range:
Casual Teacher L1 | $87.45 (teaching) and $59.43 (non-teaching) per hour | AQF4 teaching qualification
Casual Teacher L2 | $90.88 (teaching) and $61.77 (non-teaching) per hour | AQF5 teaching qualification
Casual Teacher L3 | $94.47 (teaching) and $64.18 (non-teaching) per hour | AQF6+ teaching qualification
Superannuation is paid at the current superannuation guarantee rate.
