About The Position
* Key responsibilities include drafting advertisements, coordinating interviews, arranging medicals and pre-employment checks, and drafting employment contracts.
* The role involves coordinating recruitment and panel member training to ensure hiring managers adhere to recruitment policy and legislative requirements.
* Facilitating the recruitment software system and workflows will deliver and enhance the efficiency of the recruitment and onboarding process.
To be successful, you are required to possess:
* A Certificate IV in Human Resources or equivalent qualification, or relevant work experience.
* Proven recruitment/talent acquisition or administration/office support experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
* Experience working with candidate management and selection systems or other demonstrated systems experience.
* An understanding of Equal Employment Opportunity and other relevant legislation.
* An understanding of the importance of confidentiality and merit-based selection principles.
