What you'll do
* Process and schedule client work requests
* Manage contract and client‐related documentation
* Provide administrative support to Contract Managers
* Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure works are completed efficiently and effectively
* Provide exceptional professionalism and customer service to clients
* Handle quotes, invoices, purchase orders and deal with enquiries
* Assist with reporting and financials
What you'll bring
* 5 years' experience in a similar role
* Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel
* Organised, thorough and detail oriented
* Excellent organisation skills and ability to manage shifting priorities
* A proactive and customer‐oriented approach
