Reporting to the Park Manager, you will serve as the welcoming face of the park, delivering exceptional experiences for guests and residents.
In this Role, You'll
* Lead and support Front Office operations, supervising the team and allocating tasks on shift.
* Deliver seamless, friendly check‐in and check‐out experiences in line with procedures.
* Coordinate and deliver fun, engaging holiday activities within budget.
* Drive sales and service standards to achieve strong guest satisfaction and NPS results.
* Maintain site presentation, safety, and operations, including caretaking support, payments, bookings, and issue logging.
You're Likely a Match If You
* Are passionate about creating warm, memorable guest experiences through genuine customer service.
* Have experience in hospitality or tourism, or are enthusiastic about building your skills in a guest‐focused role.
* Are confident using Microsoft Office and booking systems like Newbook, or are eager to learn and grow in a tech‐enabled environment.
* Work collaboratively with others, communicate with empathy, and bring a strong eye for detail.
* Hold a valid Working with Children Check.
* Hold a current automatic driver's license.
