Job Title
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Maintenance Coordinator to join our team.

* Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly technical checks of facilities and equipment according to the Predictive Maintenance (PPM) schedule.
* Attend telephone calls with technicians for corrective maintenance, service, and repair works.
* Coordinate with vendors for systems under warranty or Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC).
* Conduct energy consumption readings and maintain records.
* Perform routine DG maintenance tasks.
* Troubleshoot and maintain all conveyor systems, electrical, and mechanical components.
* Install, maintain, and troubleshoot power distribution systems, branch circuits, lighting systems, transformers, and wiring methods and materials.
* Install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components, including photo eyes, motor starters, relays, limit switches, proximity sensors, timers, solenoids, Servo drives, frequency inverters, linear drives, tracks, and encoders.
* Dedicate to supporting production by working in a safe and customer-focused manner.
* Perform minor refurbishment and upgrade works on building finishes, fixtures, fittings, and equipment, fixed furniture, and OPS equipment such as trolleys, cages, carts.
* Regularly check fire alarm and fire extinguisher systems.
* Perform routine maintenance, oiling, and greasing of carts, trolleys, pumps, rolling shutters, and other equipment.
* Attend regular electrical work sessions.
* Issue height work and hot work permits as necessary.
* Perform minor civil and plumbing corrective maintenance calls.
* Provide daily reports on Telco technician closures and open cases, as well as Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
* Update tools inventory records.
* Manage PPM schedule maintenance activities.
* Take care of soft services activities, including pest control, housekeeping, scrap and garbage disposal.
* Supervise agency staff and manage overall shift operations.
Qualifications
A suitable candidate should hold a Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics and Communication/Instrumentation and Controls and have at least 3 years of relevant experience.
Prior manufacturing plant maintenance experience is highly desirable.
