About the role We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Insurance Brokers Assistant to join our team at Cape to Cape Insurance Services based in Busselton, WA. This is a full-time position based in our Busselton office, although Part time will be considered. Required Skills Assisting Insurance Brokers with the preparation and processing of insurance applications, renewals, and claims Providing administrative support, such as maintaining client records, preparing new business documents, obtaining quotes and lodging and processing claims Knowledge of Domestic Markets and SME Business Products Tier 2 qualified, or a willingness to complete relevant qualifications along with enthusiasm to continue your professional development What we're looking for Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and insurance providers Strong organisational and administrative skills, with a keen attention to detail Proficient in using relevant insurance and office software applications including Insight. A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and contribute to the success of the business Relevant experience in the insurance industry or a similar customer service/administrative role. With a strong understanding of the insurance industry and how to confidently interact with clients and insurers alike.
