Custodian of Guest Experience

Requirements:
* A minimum of three years' experience in a similar guest services role, preferably within the same industry.
* Strong organisational and time management skills are essential for success in this position.
* Effective communication is crucial for interacting with guests, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
* The ability to work in an environment that includes various animals and be willing to adapt to changing weather conditions is necessary.
