Job Title: Video Conferencing Officer
We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Video Conferencing Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all video conferencing and professional phone link functions across the prison precinct.
About the Role:
The Video Conferencing Officer plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient provision of video conferencing and phone link services to the prison staff, inmates, and external stakeholders. This includes coordinating with external stakeholders, such as central VCCU, to make critical amendments to schedules and communicate changes to custodial staff.
Key Responsibilities:
* Undertake administrative functions to ensure the efficient provision of video conferencing and phone link services
* Liaise directly with external stakeholders to make critical amendments to schedules
* Liaise with private legal providers to schedule teleconferences and phone links between inmates and their legal representatives
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Good knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulations
* Current driver's license is essential
