The opportunity:
Member Support Consultants (MSC's) at our Waverley Park club play an essential role in building and maintaining a thriving Goodlife Health Club membership base. MSC's are the first point of contact for prospective members and inspire them to begin their wellness journey with us. They are responsible for helping thousands of people become faster, fitter, stronger, and happier versions of themselves.
The role of an MSC is highly varied with two clear goals: achieving membership growth through proactive sales activities and retaining existing members through exceptional customer service. MSC's are experts in all things Goodlife: seamlessly switching between sales and lead generation, providing exceptional service, and proactively communicating with current members to enhance their club experience and improve retention.
Responsibilities

Contribute proactively to the club's sales targets using promotions and referral campaigns.
Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals, and identifying new business opportunities.
Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximize sales opportunities.
Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
Create positive and personalized member experiences.
Respond successfully to member enquiries.
Open and close the club as per the roster.
Participate actively in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey.
Make regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged and recommend products to enhance their results.

About you:

Current First Aid & CPR certificates.
Ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds and a desire to help them succeed.
Problem-solving skills and resilience.
Excellent communication skills—listening, understanding, empathizing, and influencing others.
Tenacity and drive to meet individual and team targets.
Customer-focused mindset aiming for exceptional outcomes.
