Responsibilities
* Deliver person‑centred services to Community Care clients in their own homes, providing quality cleaning and related household services in line with individual care plans.
* Complete scheduled tasks efficiently and to a high standard within allocated timeframes, adapting to each client's individual needs and preferences.
* Build positive, respectful relationships with clients through professional communication and a caring, person‑centred approach that promotes trust and independence.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Current Australian Driver's Licence and willingness to drive in the course of work.
* Ability to provide quality cleaning services using a variety of cleaning equipment and approved chemicals.
* Ability to work within a team with minimal supervision to meet customer service requirements.
* Currently studying Certificate III Individual Support (Ageing) or willing to progress into this.
* Opportunity for eligible candidates to progress through to a paid traineeship to complete a Certificate III in Individual Support and become a fully qualified Care Worker.
* Previous experience across the aged care or disability sectors as a Domestic Assistant.
* Proof of COVID‑19 vaccination status (or as required by legislation and WMQ policy).
* Relevant probity checks required by legislation and WMQ Limited policy.
Location
Sunnybank Hills, Eight Mile Plains, Rochedale, Wishart and Surrounds.
