Guest Services Manager
Saffire Freycinet is an all-inclusive luxury resort, nestled in the heart of Tasmania's stunning Freycinet National Park.
As a Guest Services Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless pre-arrival experience for guests. This includes offering a warm welcome and personalized check-in, managing the guest experience throughout their stay, and coordinating with departments to ensure smooth operations.
This role requires highly developed organizational skills and a fine eye for detail. You will also need advanced computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and RMS Hotel Management System (preferred). Proven leadership skills and team development skills are essential, as well as strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
