The Role
- Run matters independently with commercial precision
- Supervise and support junior lawyers and paralegals
- Meet targets and deliver results without excuses
- Contribute meaningfully to the firm’s growth and leadership
- Step into equity discussions in the near future
- You’ll work across a diverse portfolio of high-value clients and matters, including commercial litigation, business disputes, construction law, and general commercial advisory. You'll have autonomy, but never isolation. You’ll be supported by a strong operational team and systems designed to empower, not encumber you.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years PAE in commercial law (ideally with litigation and construction experience)
- Track record of strong billables and client outcomes
- Leadership capability – ready to supervise, manage, and guide
- Performance mindset – not just wanting a paycheque, but a share in something bigger
- Sharp commercial acumen and a results-driven approach
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Tech-savvy, proactive, and willing to grow
