About the Opportunity
Azooa Pty Ltd is an Australian-owned consultancy delivering specialist capability to Defence and Federal Government agencies across nationally significant programs.
Due to sustained growth across our Canberra-based client portfolio, we are seeking Expressions of Interest from professionals holding an active TSPV (Top Secret Positive Vetting) security clearance to support high-impact Defence and National Security initiatives.
These roles support ICT transformation, intelligence capability uplift, enterprise modernisation, and complex program delivery within secure Commonwealth environments.

Key Responsibilities
Depending on your discipline, responsibilities may include:
* Delivering outcomes within complex Defence or Commonwealth programs
* Supporting ICT or capability delivery initiatives
* Preparing governance artefacts and executive-level reporting
* Managing schedules, risks, budgets, and dependencies
* Supporting vendor performance within multi-supplier environments
* Engaging senior executive and/or military stakeholders
* Operating effectively within classified and intelligence-led settings
About You
To be considered, you must have:
* An active TSPV security clearance (mandatory)
* Demonstrated experience within Defence or Commonwealth environments
* Strong understanding of federal governance and assurance frameworks
* Experience delivering within structured program methodologies (PRINCE2, MSP, Agile, SAFe or similar)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Professionalism, discretion, and the ability to operate in secure facilities
