Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Manager to lead our brand in Australia, drive business growth and develop commercially viable Ready-to-Drink propositions.
About the Role
This role is responsible for developing and managing annual brand plans, contributing to New Product Development strategies and designing through-the-line brand campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
* Brand Planning: Develop and manage annual brand plans in collaboration with global teams.
* New Product Development: Contribute to NPD strategies for future growth, focusing on developing commercially viable Ready-to-Drink propositions.
* Campaign Management: Design and execute through-the-line brand campaigns in partnership with global teams.
* Media and Experiential Activity: Lead media, earned and experiential activity implementation for the brand.
* Sponsorship and Partnerships: Develop and leverage sponsorship partners and experiential platforms to maximize each property.
* Stakeholder Communication: Communicate brand standards, plans, strategy and total market programs to key stakeholders (internal & external).
* Performance Review: Regularly review and report on brand performance and health, tracking market opportunities.
Qualifications:
1. Experience: 3+ years of experience in consumer marketing with proven ability in brand marketing.
2. Tertiary Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in commerce or business with a marketing major.
3. Liquor Industry Experience: Liquor industry experience valued but not essential.
4. Mass Communication and Sponsorship Platforms: Knowledge and understanding of mass communication processes and sponsorship platforms.
5. Creative Marketing Techniques: Ability to use creative marketing techniques effectively.
6. New Product Launch: Experience in bringing new products to market, including cross-functional project team involvement.
