Located just 8 minutes from the Gold Coast Airport in the heart of Tweed, our multi-franchise dealership is currently seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Sales Manager to lead our Hyundai team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the sales department and drive performance across all areas, including team leadership, stock management, reporting, and data analysis.
What The Role Entails
* Establish, monitor and ensure long and short term sales and gross profit objectives for both the department and individual sales team are met
* Manage stock control, ordering, and display standards
* Lead, support, and motivate the Hyundai sales team to achieve targets
* Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at every stage of the sales process
* Work closely with senior management to align team objectives and business goals
What We Are Looking For
* Proven experience in a Sales Manager or senior automotive sales role
* Strong leadership skills with a passion for team development
* Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills
* A customer-first mindset and the ability to build lasting relationships
* Sound knowledge of dealership operations, Hyundai experience highly regarded
