We are seeking a seasoned leasing specialist to drive tenant relations, inspections, and lease agreements.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates
* Conduct regular property inspections to guarantee compliance with rental agreements and maintain accurate records
* Negotiate and prepare lease agreements, ensuring all terms and conditions are met
Our ideal candidate will possess 1-2 years of leasing experience and hold a valid NSW Real Estate Agent Licence. We offer flexibility in working remotely, accompanied by full support from our headquarters team.
