Overview

Assistant Tavern Manager - Pilbara Region - Remote Western Australia. We are seeking an experienced Assistant Tavern Manager for a busy hotel in the Pilbara Region of Western Australia. This is a hands on role assisting the venue manager with day to day management of Tavern and its outlets. The successful candidate will be seeking a minimum 12 month commitment and ideally come from a strong hotel background. This is an ideal location to save money with accommodation provided onsite.

Pay Details

- $75,000 salary
- Accommodation and Duty Meals including outgoings $175 per week

Duties / Responsibilities

- Assist the Venue Manager with day to day management of Tavern and its outlets
- Supervision of staff
- Writing rosters
- Training of staff
- Stock control, ordering, stocktaking
- Manage cost controls, payroll etc
- Maintain customer satisfaction
- Merchandising
- Other duties as required

Candidate Requirements

- Must have previous experience in a similar role
- Have WA Approved Managers Licence
- Have a current drivers licence
- Be comfortable working under pressure
- Have a valuable temperament
- Have passion for hospitality and take pride in your work
