What You'll Do
•Deliver core administrative support—filing, scanning, data entry, and document control.
•Assemble and analyse business data including financial results and WIP progress to produce reports and presentations
•Manage critical processes: timesheets, delivery dockets, and plant safety files to ensure compliance.
•Assist the workshop team with document preparation and day-to-day operational needs.
•Assist in Alfabs digital transformation
•Learn and master Alfabs programs and systems.
•Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all tasks, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards.
What We're Looking For
•A recent business graduate ready to apply your knowledge in a practical setting.
•Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
•Excellent communication skills and a professional approach.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and willingness to learn new systems.
