Steelx is looking for a capable and passionate Junior Full Stack Developer to join our efforts in the next evolution of our engineering and business platforms. Be part of our small, nimble team, owning a diverse range of projects, from our cutting-edge 3D app and comprehensive engineering backend to a mature supportive business platform that handles CRM and automates interactions with our supplier partners.
And here’s the kicker: we work a full-time week of four days most weeks! Enjoy a genuine long weekend—most weekends—while doing work that matters.
What You’ll Do
* Contribute to features from design through to production
* Write clean, maintainable code with well-scoped unit tests
* Fix bugs, and handle support issues across teams
* Collaborate directly with product, engineering, and business teams to shape requirements
* Use AI-assisted dev tools and modern workflows to accelerate delivery
What You’ll Bring
* A relevant degree such as in Computer Science or Software Engineering (graduates encouraged to apply)
* Demonstrable skills with C# / .NET and React.js (by existing industry experience, or a sample of work that you can share with your application)
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a readiness to contribute ideas
* Interest in emerging agentic coding tools, but not reliant on them
