Australian Grid Infrastructure Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
* Drive the achievement of company strategic goals and translate them into actionable business plans focused on grid infrastructure development.
* Deliver annual operating and financial performance targets related to transmission line management.
* Apply in-depth knowledge of grid infrastructure planning, design, and operations to ensure best-in-class project outcomes.
* Lead the delivery of multiple major projects ensuring timelines, safety, and quality standards are met.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with government regulators, TSOs, and senior grid executives.
* Contribute to corporate strategy and break it down into measurable initiatives focused on grid infrastructure growth.
* Guide and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
Qualifications:
* A strong background in the Australian grid industry is required, preferably with direct TSO exposure.
* Proven technical expertise in overhead transmission lines (planning, design, operations, and maintenance) is essential.
* Demonstrated experience managing large-scale program and project portfolios is necessary.
* A strong understanding of financial KPIs and their relationship to business drivers is required.
* Experience in corporate strategy and strategic execution is highly valued.
* The ability to work effectively with government authorities and senior stakeholders in the power sector is crucial.
* Leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to inspire and drive results are essential.
