Sales, Service and Operations Manager
At Yackandandah Health, we are seeking an experienced leader to manage our residential service. As the Residential Service Manager, you will be responsible for the effective operational management and leadership of the facility, ensuring high-quality care and services for our residents in line with the Aged Care Quality Standards.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have 5 years of experience in a management role within the aged care sector, including people management and leadership experience. They will also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a Registered Nurse qualification and AHPRA registration (desirable).
