About the role
The Senior Mental Health Clinician is an integral part of the multidisciplinary health care team responsible for coordinating the recovery of people experiencing or at risk of developing severe and complex mental health disorders.
The position provides expert mental health clinical services in collaboration with consumers, carers and other care providers, using an integrated and family centered approach, while demonstrating advanced clinical practice.
You will be working for the Older Persons Mental Health team in Dubbo and Regions to facilitate change in attitudes and behaviour related to health and illness, for the purpose of preventing and relieving distress or dysfunction and to promote quality of life.
