**About the Role**
Reporting directly to the ANZ Industrial and Material Planning Manager, this role plays a critical role within the Supply Chain function and offers the successful incumbent the chance to influence and guide the direction of the function.
Overseeing a team spanning across multiple states, this is true people leadership role, with the core focus to lead, grow and empower the team and shape its' deliverables.
We are looking for a proven track record in leading a geographically spread team to optimal engagement and outputs and a passionate individual who can bring out the best in people, is approachable and an open communicator. Based in Dandenong but supporting an ANZ team, some travel will be required.
**Key responsibilities include;**
- Confidently lead a team to deliver results, be engaged, accountable and empowered
- Manage and enhance relationships with existing suppliers
- Influence and negotiate to ensure contractual obligations are being met and performance is optimized
**To be successful in this role, we are looking for;**
- Proven experience in a leadership position within Supply Chain
- Technical knowledge of sourcing and contracting in an industry with a minimum of 100 suppliers
- Confident using SAP
- A detail oriented approach and willingness to model and promote the culture and values of a high performing team
