Job Title: SAP Applications Support Lead
This is a key leadership role that involves leading the application support team for SAP systems. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex SAP environments, including incident management, change management, and application support.
Job Description:
* The primary responsibility of this role is to lead the application support team and ensure that all incidents are resolved in a timely manner.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for investigating and resolving complex technical issues related to SAP applications.
* Analyzing business issues to determine whether they are system-related (IT) or business rule/operational in nature.
* Manage and resolve incidents, including critical and escalated issues assigned to the team.
* Liaising with external shared services or Production Support teams to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
Skills & Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, both verbally and written. They must also have strong analytical skills along with the ability to work under pressure. Leadership experience would be an added advantage as you'll need to manage junior staff members effectively.
