About the Role:
* Provide general support for ongoing initiatives, including management of inboxes, merchandise orders, and customer gifting processes.
* Oversee inventory management and coordinate replenishment.
* Manage content and layout for the organisation's digital platforms.
* Create and process sales incentive bulletins and be an expert for the Sales Incentive Bulletin system.
* Support with purchase order creation, invoicing, accruals and budget reconciliation.
* Coordinate travel arrangements for events.
* Localise training curriculum requirements.
* Manage courses, classes and libraries and be an expert for John Deere University.
* Execute reporting at regular intervals and as required.
* Maintain Registered Training Organisations (RTO) system requirements.
* Maintain Certified Dealer Instructor (CDI) program and system requirements.
* Manage Certified Dealer recognition programs.
* Support training course scheduling, calendar updates, and communications.
* Provides administrative support to the Director.
