Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to maintain our outdoor dining experience sites in the desert.
* Provide assistance and support to outdoor dining sites
* Clean and upkeep of Outdoor Dining vehicles and maintenance of Outdoor dining sites
* Manage beverage stock levels in cool rooms
* Perform cleaning tasks at all outdoor dining sites and Outdoor Dining vehicles
The ideal candidate will have a valid Full Australian Drivers Licence and current RSA. This role requires a high level of physical fitness, excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
As an Outdoor Dining Houseperson, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our outdoor dining facilities. This includes daily cleaning of tables, chairs, and other equipment, as well as ensuring that all areas are tidy and well-maintained.
You will also be responsible for managing the inventory of beverages and supplies, including ordering and receiving new stock. Additionally, you will assist with the preparation and serving of meals and refreshments to guests.
