In this role, you will help manage the storage and distribution of products by working with the warehouse and dispatch team. Provide support by being an all-rounder with great customer service, administration and multi-tasking skills. This role you will also be supporting effective operations within the warehouse while following up-to-date WHS policies. This is an entry-level position.

Hours: Monday – Friday, Full Time Permanent
Reporting: Operations Manager
Essential Skills & Qualifications
* Previous experience in a warehouse or admin role preferred but not essential
* Excellent organisation and time management skills
* Comfortable navigating necessary computer systems essential for warehouse upkeep
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to remain composed in a fast-paced work environment and under pressure
* Physically fit and able to carry heavy items and follow correct manual handling procedures
Duties & Responsibilities
* Assist with stock control and purchase orders
* Prepare and manifest run sheets, invoices and outgoing paperwork, as well as registration and processing of all picking tickets so all orders are taken care of
* Follow through on orders, arrange new deliveries as required
* Work collaboratively with colleagues across different departments to deliver seamless customer service
* Pick and pack orders for dispatch
