As the Store Manager, you are the driving force behind maximising sales, ensuring seamless operations, and fostering a positive, engaging atmosphere for your team. To thrive here, you should ideally have:
* Management / leadership experience, leading by example and delivering exceptional customer service.
* Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a passionate, high‑performing team.
* Eager to learn all aspects of automotive retail; you bring the super, we'll deliver the auto.
* Operational know‑how in visual merchandising, stock control, loss prevention, and performance reporting.
