We have an opportunity for a Community Marketing Manager to join the team at Stockland. In this role you will maximize profit center performance by developing and implementing innovative project marketing strategies and practices that supports the delivery of the Project Vision and outcomes.
**About the Role**
- Prepare and plan, in conjunction with Senior Manager, defining the local area marketing (LAM) strategy helping drive new and quality leads, supporting the achievement of sales targets set for the business
- Development of all marketing activities - eDMs, social media, PR activity, events, renders, floorplans, design and signage for hoardings, brochures, content and testimonials
- Domain, REA listings including management of property photography required
- Responsible for ensuring all information on the website is relevant and updated as and when required
- Be able to read and interpret data to drive a culture of insight-led marketing to assist decision-making at project level and enhance marketing and sales strategies.
- Manage and monitor the marketing expenditure and reforecasting in line with agreed Annual Budgets to minimise overspend impacts.
**About You**
- 5+ years marketing experience, including technical knowledge related to production of marketing materials. Property Industry experience is preferred, but not essential
- Appropriate tertiary qualifications
- Project management expertise
- Experience with dealing with stakeholders of all levels, along with supplier management
- Marketing knowledge and expertise, ideally with experience in Content Management System (CMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technology e.g. Salesforce.
- Strong verbal and oral communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Valid driver's licence
