Our Federal Government client is currently looking for a Lead User Experience Designer to join their team on a medium to long term engagement.
Candidates MUST HAVE a Top Secret-Privileged Access (TSPA) or Top-Secret Positive Vetting (TSPV) clearance to be regarded for this role.
This is a unique opportunity to support a range of high side projects within a broader transformational program of work.
The Lead User Experience Designer will be responsible for creating intuitive, user centred digital experiences that balance user needs with business objectives.
The successful candidate will conduct thorough research to understand user behaviours, translate insights into wireframes and prototypes, and deliver visually appealing, accessible design.
You will also continuously test, iterate, and refine designs based on feedback and data and effectively communicate design decisions that advocates the end user experience throughout the product development lifecycle.
Your primary responsibilities include:
Lead and contribute to the preparation and planning of user research, testing and / or discovery work activities in collaboration with the project team and stakeholders.
Use the results of research, testing, and data insights to analyse and interpret the effectiveness of existing and proposed user interfaces designs, to provide clear, evidence-based advice to product and delivery teams.
Collaborate with a range of stakeholders including business users, Product Owners, subject matter experts (SMEs) and technical teams to create and enhance user centred outcomes.
Demonstrated experience in the development of user centred design artefacts including service blueprints, user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes as required.
