Join the team at Echuca Workers in a full time hands on role .
Australian work rights are required for this position.
We're looking for someone that can be a part of the kitchen team and menu design as well as:
* Staff training and mentoring
* Managing COGS and stock
* Food safety procedures
* Food Safety Supervisor certification is required
Ideally you would already have successfully managed kitchens with a minimum of 5 years experience, be up to date with the latest trends and be interested in assisting management to make our mark on the highly competitive food offering in Echuca Moama.
