About the Role
As a Carer at Germanus Kent House, you will provide support and assistance to residents with daily activities such as showering, dressing and personal care, ensuring their safety and comfort in the facility. You will work under the guidance of Shift Managers and maintain a respectful, compassionate environment for residents and their families.
Responsibilities
* Carefully read and follow care plans
* Assist with personal care
* Work under the guidance of Shift Managers (Nursing & Facility)
* Treat residents and their families with respect
* Show compassion and exercise patience
Qualifications
* Certificate III in Aged Care / Individual Care
* Initiative and the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
* Great communication skills (spoken & written)
* Attention to detail for good record keeping
