We're now seeking a skilled Power Apps Developer with a strong foundation in data engineering and Azure cloud services to join our growing team.
As a Power Apps Developer, you'll bridge business needs with technology, designing user-centric applications that interact seamlessly with backend data pipelines and cloud infrastructure. You'll leverage your expertise in Power Platform, Azure, and ETL workflows to develop solutions that drive operational efficiency and business intelligence.
You'll collaborate closely with IT and business teams to drive digital transformation, automate processes, and deliver scalable solutions to real business challenges.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and deploy Power Apps solutions to streamline workflows and empower users.
* Build and maintain Power Automate workflows to improve operational efficiency
* Configure and manage Dataverse, SharePoint, and SQL-based data integrations
* Develop intuitive user interfaces aligned to business requirements and end-user needs
* Support business intelligence needs by integrating solutions with Power BI
* Collaborate across teams using Jira, Git, and DevOps best practices.
* Maintain and improve existing Power Platform solutions, troubleshooting issues where required
* Document solutions and provide user training/support to improve adoption
Skills and Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or a related field
* Proven experience in Power Apps development (Canvas & Model-Driven), with a solid grasp of Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft 365 integration
* Strong understanding of data modeling, security roles, and permissions within the Power Platform
* Hands-on experience with Power BI for dashboards and data visualisation
* Proficient in SQL, Python, Scala, and familiar with tools like Git and Jira
* Experience working with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and CosmosDB
* Strong background in Azure ecosystem, including Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse, Data Lake, Logic Apps, Functions, and REST API integrations
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders
* Industry experience in infrastructure, construction, or utilities is a plus but not required
