Role Description
We are looking for a confident and proactive Showroom Sales & Customer Experience Consultant to join our team.
This is a front-facing, client-focused role where you will be the first point of contact for our customers, both in the showroom and across phone and email.
You will guide clients through stone selections, explain products, prepare quotes using our internal systems, and manage orders from enquiry through to project completion.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has a strong sales mindset, and takes ownership of customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome and assist clients visiting the showroom
* Answer phone calls and respond to customer emails professionally
* Understand client needs and recommend suitable stone options
* Prepare quotes using Bamby Stone systems and calculator tools
* Create and manage customer orders through our system
* Follow up on quotes, payments, and ongoing projects
* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project delivery
* Maintain showroom presentation and product displays
What We're Looking For
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Confident in dealing with clients face-to-face and over the phone
* Sales-driven mindset with attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up consistently
* Professional, organised, and reliable
* Experience in showroom sales, interiors, construction, or similar industries is highly regarded
What We Offer
* Contract hourly rate of $28 to $38 per hour, depending on experience and suitability

Working Structure
* Monday, Wednesday & Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
* After approximately 2 months, the successful candidate will transition to Monday to Friday
* 6-month contractor position
* Paid on an hourly contract rate
* On-site only at our Arundel location
* No remote work
