Job Title: Office Administrator
We are seeking an experienced and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
* Manage daily schedules, petty cash, and end-of-month reconciliations
* Process requests, concerns, and inquiries from internal and external stakeholders
* Ensure data integrity and accuracy in financial, human resource, and other relevant systems
* Support hiring and onboarding processes for new staff members
* Operate software applications such as Microsoft Office and databases
* Assist senior staff with special projects and initiatives
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous experience in administration or a related field (preferable)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office, timekeeping systems, and database applications
* Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and software
