Remuneration: $38.51 - $54.94 per hour + 12% Superannuation + Salary Packaging

Achieve Something Great
In this role, you will work within the specialist Brain Injury Rehabilitation Unit at Liverpool Hospital, providing Social Work services to clients living in the community. You'll collaborate with a skilled multidisciplinary team to support individuals with brain injuries in achieving meaningful recovery and improved quality of life. Key aspects of the role include:

• Providing instrumental social work services to clients living in the community with a brain injury.
• Working within the Brain Injury Rehabilitation Unit (community) at Liverpool Hospital.
• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team, including allied health, case managers and medical staff.
• Supporting person centred, evidence based interventions to optimise each client's psychosocial outcomes.
• Contributing to a positive, dedicated, and supportive team environment.

• Willing to learn and gain further experience within the clinical speciality of brain injury.
• Independent in managing your workload while contributing effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Well organised, with the ability to coordinate and prioritise a diverse caseload that requires proactive planning and intervention.

Selection Criteria
To help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below.

1. A Social Work degree which provides eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
2. Demonstrated experience in a health-related field and ability to provide a range of Social Work interventions
3. Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary Team
4. Evidence of commitment to clinical supervision and professional learning
5. Demonstrated high level of communication skills (written and verbal), computer and prioritisation skills
6. Clinical knowledge and experience and skills in the field of brain injury or other clinically relevant area working with clients/families that have complex needs
