Coaches have a strong background in coaching, fitness & performance whilst the ability to entertain their squad on a daily basis.

Reports to: CA x Head Coach
Role Responsibilities
Coaching: Delivers world class CA x Squad & PC session through communicating with appropriate CA language, clear and concise session instruction, whilst motivating & educating ALL-STARS.
Provides an energised CA experience that facilitates & encourages club growth through connection with new, existing & potential ALL-STARS.
Helps increase squad session numbers by assisting in lead enquiries in-person, over the phone & online.
Implements and maintains CA x Training sessions & training protocols to the specified standard.
Displays & maintains a high standard of professionalism.
Attends CA x Academy & completes upskilling session modules.
Attains & maintains Squad Session UR (based on coach tier in contract).
Completes Coaches checklist when on shift.
Follows Health & Safety protocols, this involves following all CA x Protocols relating to ALL-STARS club use including completing Player Profile along with PC session documentation in the G-Drive.
Ensure the club maintains a high level of hygiene and cleanliness.
The ALL-STAR Experience
Observes attendance trends to develop strategies to increase your personal and club Utilisation Rate.
Uses Mindbody to analyse performance and bring insights/suggestions to the team.
Drives strong ALL-STAR relationships representing Combine Air to its capacity.
Provide exceptional customer service and be the best of the CA Brand in greeting, assisting and responding to ALL-STAR needs or inquiries and helping resolve any complaints the club may receive.
Assist ALL-STARS with their session schedules.
Offers solutions that promote & create positive ALL-STAR experience in the Club.
Helps direct selling to ALL-STARS in the club to meet club KPIs; works towards hitting individual and club sales targets for memberships & packs in club and within the local community. Convert leads to meet club KPIs; work with the community to drive new ALL-STARS into the club; participate in outreach and out-of-club events; help develop a list of best ALL-STARS/clients and prospective ALL-STARS.
Brand Awareness
Participate in local out-reach and brand activation events; actively promote your session-times and PC availability on both Club & Personal social media platforms; support the club social media accounts, platforms and activities; help communicate the CA benefits, services and mission to ALL-STARS and local community; help build brand awareness and increase brand value through local activations with club staff and key ALL-STARS; help conceptualising local social media storylines by including current season apparel, guest coaches, relevant cultural conversations or themes; help identify local influencers; help establish & maintain relationships and efforts between your Club & influencers.
Qualifications
Current First Aid & CPR certification.
Certificate III or IV in Fitness or a degree equivalent or higher in fitness.
Level 1 Altitude training (this is provided by Combine Air).
Flexibility in work hours (Early AM, PM and Weekends).
Excellent knowledge of the Fitness industry.
Able to work proactively leading a team.
Ability to deliver world class sessions.
Ability to provide appropriate and professional fitness programs.
Ability to provide well structured, safe, appropriate and professional private sessions.
Proven organisational skills.
Must have Australian work rights.
Boxing Certified coach.
Experience in Fitness Sales and familiarity with Google Suite and business software such as Mindbody and Loyalsnap.
