Job Title: Client Onboarding Specialist

Join Foodhub in a challenging role where you will be responsible for onboarding new clients and working closely with existing ones to ensure their success on our platform.


Key Responsibilities

* Monitor and oversee all aspects of the account /restaurant onboarding pipeline, identifying processing gaps and delays, and ensuring timely completion of the onboarding journey.
* Utilize, manage, and update various client and onboarding databases to maintain accurate and up-to-date data depicting current pipeline activity.
* Build rapport with restaurants before, during, and after onboarding by contacting them via phone, email, or chat to address any queries or concerns and ensure they are comfortable with our processes and systems.
* Facilitate and assist in the collection and entry of necessary data such as menus, operational details, forms, and reports for new account setup.
* Assist with administration, reporting, and process implementation related to restaurant partner onboarding.
* Monitor hardware dispatch to restaurants, including installation time frames, and flag issues or delays to management when necessary.
* Coordinate onboarding functions, such as POS and menu integration, and CRM requirements for new restaurant sites.
* Provide technical training and support to clients as needed, coordinating with local, global, and cross-functional teams to improve both client onboarding and sales experiences.
* Offer courteous and professional service to customers via multiple channels.
