About the Role
This observational study focuses on identifying 'treatable traits' for asthma management during pregnancy. As a research clinician, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the clinical aspects of the research, including data collection and reporting, conducting clinical assessments, and providing education to pregnant women involved in the study.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse and/or Registered Midwife.
* Demonstrated competencies in and knowledge of the complexities and challenges involved in providing nursing/midwifery care in a multidisciplinary team environment.
* Demonstrated effective clinical communication through the use of information technology, written, and verbal means, as well as sound interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrated knowledge and understanding in applying research and evidence-based practice to the workplace, with the ability to apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to project management outcomes.
* Recent clinical experience relevant to the position, including evidence of participation in own professional development and commitment to maintaining competence and enhancement of skills.
* Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and organize workload and deliver care with integrity and accountability.
