Business Growth Manager
The company is seeking a skilled Business Growth Manager to join the team.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Drive business growth by building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial real estate industry.
* Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
* Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients.
* Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay up-to-date on market trends.
* Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients.
* Work closely with senior management to ensure alignment with overall company goals and objectives.
* Provide regular reporting and analysis on sales performance.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
* Three to five years of proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role within the commercial property industry.
* Existing relationships with real estate occupiers, tenant representatives, leasing agents, and other key industry professionals would be highly advantageous.
* Some knowledge of transaction management processes, lease negotiations, and commercial real estate market dynamics is desirable but not essential.
* Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team to achieve business objectives.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
