What You’ll Do
- Lead the product vision & strategy by owning the roadmap for Atomi’s data and insights products, from ingestion pipelines through to end-user dashboards.
- Design intuitive reporting and visualisation tools for schools and teachers.
- Build student-facing insights that help learners track progress and understand how to improve.
- Define how generative AI reshapes our approach to surfacing insights while improving speed, accuracy, and usability.
- Partner with Engineering and AI to design scalable, reliable data pipelines and models.
- Keep Atomi ahead by tracking innovation in data platforms, visualisation, and AI-driven insights while establishing success metrics for adoption, accuracy and insights delivered.
- Use analytics, feedback, and industry trends to continuously refine the data and insights experience.
What You’ll Bring to Atomi
- 4+ years as a Product Manager, ideally in SaaS, EdTech, or data-heavy platforms.
- Experience building products for complex, data-driven workflows with usability and scalability in mind.
- Experience with reporting/analytics products and with recommendation systems, personalisation, or ML-driven insights.
- Systems thinker who thrives on simplifying complexity.
- Excited about generative AI and how it can enhance insight delivery.
- Strong at turning research, user feedback, and quantitative data into product strategy and delivery.
- Excellent communication and collaboration, able to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
