The Role
This is a true end-to-end payroll position where you'll be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding through to offboarding—ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a seamless payroll experience.
Key Responsibilities
* End-to-end payroll processing for a large and varied workforce
* Managing onboarding and offboarding, including final pays
* Interpreting EBAs and relevant awards to ensure compliance
* Handling payroll queries from employees and stakeholders
* Maintaining accurate employee records and payroll data
* Processing leave, superannuation, and statutory obligations
* Supporting audits and reporting requirements
About You
* Proven experience in end-to-end payroll processing
* Strong understanding of EBAs, awards, and payroll legislation
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Confident communicator with the ability to liaise across all levels
* Ability to work autonomously and manage your own deadlines
* Experience within high-volume or complex environments is highly regarded
