The Role
We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our Brisbane team, supporting us in a variety of insurance matters with a focus on professional indemnity.
Requirements and Qualifications
* 6+ years' post-admission experience in insurance law
* Strong knowledge and experience in litigation and insurance law, with exposure to professional indemnity claims involving coverage and defence
* Ability to manage client expectations and advise on policy and complex issues
* Aptitude to run matters autonomously
* Clear and concise communication style
* Commercial approach and ability to articulate and negotiate effectively
* Coaching and mentoring of lawyers
* Interest in taking your career to the next level
* Collaborative skills to coach, mentor and develop junior staff
