Overview
Team Members at Woolworths are the face of the brand, delivering friendly service across the store. You will work throughout the store helping with stock, fresh fruit & vegetables displays, online order picking, and providing a welcoming experience as customers leave the store.
Responsibilities
Greet, acknowledge, show care and thank customers for shopping at Woolies
Adhere to policies and procedures to keep everyone safe, including identifying and reporting hazards
Assist customers by answering questions or guiding them to products during their shopping journey
Ensure shelves are fully stocked and tidy to enable a fast, easy shopping experience
Shop for online customers and ensure they receive what they need
