What we are looking for:
Fulltime and Part time positions are available.
Past experience in medical reception position would be essential.
Minimum 1-2 years of medical reception experience is required.
Knowledge of the genie software systems, exceptional patient care, the ability to work in a team environment and good attention to detail, strong communication skills within the practice, professionalism, adaptability.
Healthcare sector experience is preferred.
Duties include booking of appointments/ surgeries, receipting, professional phone manner, communicating with patients, doctors and medical facilities.
