Responsibilities
- Offer technical expertise by providing specialized knowledge on complex technology and bridge the gap between customers and technical teams.
- Maintain relationships with customers through committed partnerships, answering questions and addressing concerns to build trust and ensure satisfaction.
- Educate customers by offering training and demonstrations that show the uses of our products and solutions, contributing to positive health outcomes.
- Educate customers about products, document customer communications, and collaborate with internal support and development teams.
- In some roles, work in the field to provide repairs and product assistance and serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams.
