We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Level 1/2 Desktop Support Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end-users in a professional and timely manner. You will diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues, configure and install computer systems, and provide training and guidance to users when required. Your excellent communication skills and strong problem-solving abilities will be key in delivering top-notch support.

1. High level of experience working in Level 1 / 2 Desktop Support
2. Demonstrated capabilities with hardware, software and networks
3. Ability to work through and escalate various tickets
4. You are patient and personable with excellent written / verbal communication skills
5. Able to work as a member of a team and autonomously as required

7. Demonstrated experience in similar role
