Quality and Compliance Professional
We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team in a Permanent Part-Time capacity. The Support at Home program requires an experienced professional to ensure it operates according to relevant legislation, standards, and internal policies.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Maintaining the quality assurance framework and records of Council's aged care services.
* Contributing to the development and review of policies and procedures.
* Responding to emergencies that impact on Council's aged and disability service.
* Providing guidance and support to internal staff and volunteers.
About You: To succeed in this role, you will have:
* Qualifications and/or extensive experience in Nursing or Allied Health or equivalent.
* Excellent time management skills and demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and competing priorities.
* Well-developed interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
